  • Uploaded Photos: Images you submit for restoration/enhancement are temporarily stored on our systems for processing and are also transmitted to our model providers (e.g., Replicate) solely to perform the requested tasks.
  • Payments: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card numbers on our servers.
  • Support: Information you provide when contacting us (e.g., email content, attachments).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage & Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps to operate and secure the Service.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic. Some cookies are essential for the proper functioning of the website, while others are used for analytics or to improve our services. You can choose to disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain features of the site.

1.3 Third-Party Sources

If you sign in with a third-party identity provider (e.g., Google), we receive basic account information as permitted by your settings with that provider.

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its AI-powered restoration features.
  • Process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and send transactional communications (e.g., receipts, important account notices).
  • Perform photo restoration/enhancement via our infrastructure and third-party providers such as Replicate.
  • Protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations.
  • We will not send promotional offers unless you explicitly opt in. You can opt out at any time.

3. Photo Processing & Retention

  • Your photos are used only to deliver the requested restoration/enhancement.
  • Photos are processed on our servers and may be transmitted to Replicate for model execution.
  • Uploaded and processed photos are deleted from our systems within 24 hours after processing completes.
  • We do not use your photos for AI model training.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with:

  • Service Providers: Vendors that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, authentication via Supabase, payments via Stripe, AI model execution via Replicate, analytics, email delivery). They may process your information solely on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
  • Legal & Safety: If required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to confidentiality and continued protection of your information.

5. Data Security

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (through our cloud providers, including Supabase/AWS-managed encryption).
  • Access controls, least-privilege practices, and monitoring for abuse.

While we implement safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

  • Photos: Deleted from active systems within 24 hours after processing completes.
  • Account & Transactional Records: Retained only as long as necessary for the Service, security, and legal/compliance needs (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention).
