A Credit Pack is a one-time purchase of Credits that can be used for photo restoration services. Credit Packs are ideal for users who prefer not to subscribe or need additional Credits beyond their subscription.

Anyone can buy Credit Packs. However, only users with an active subscription are eligible to purchase Credit Packs at discounted prices.

No, Credits earned from subscriptions reset at each renewal and do not carry over to future months or years.

Credits purchased through one-time Credit Packs do not expire. Subscription Credits expire if you cancel auto-renewal and your subscription period ends.

Credits are usually added instantly after purchase. If your Credits are missing after a few minutes, please contact our support team at support@thephotorestore.com.

Subscription Credits are issued immediately upon activation and on every successful renewal. Yearly subscribers receive their full annual Credits immediately after activation.
